To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1984 Oldsmobile (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. Recently purchased your product via internet. Found you had the factory matches and was so excited that I could fix the "someone hit the fender in the parking lot" scenario and the paint was cracked, flecking and unsightly.
