CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2016 Nissan Nx Coupe, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Nissan paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2016 Nissan Nx Coupe is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

John B, owner of a 2010 Nissan Altima from Brooklyn, NY

I am a retired body man. I cringed at the thought of touch up in a spray can. It will never match, I thought, especially in a metallic sand color (usually tough to match) It was only $40.00 so I thought, what do you have to lose? Well, I can say that I was really surprised when it matched as good as paints that were custom mixed for me when I was in buisness. The spray tip performed better than most spray cans witout spitting or dripping. The paint is mixed thin, which made blending a breeze. You will need several coats to cover but, the 12 ounce can gives you ample material for a good size repair.

Thomas T, owner of a 2011 Nissan Quest from Waimea, HI
