To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1993 Ford Endeavor, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. Click here for the Ford paint code location chart and paint code image example.

Your 1993 Ford Endeavor is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.
I was somewhat hesitant to try and match paint on a 17 year old Ford Explorer Limited. This vehicle has some 174,000 miles on the odometer in all types of weather conditions from 108F to -48F. It has never been garaged although it has seen a carport at times. The dark green on the Limited has a fleck in it, probably not easy to match after so many years. Nevertheless, the paint sent matches perfectly. I don't wish to know how you do it, I'm just happy that you do do it. Thanks....
Was very pleased that the color matched after 18 years of sunshine and little waxing. Had places where old camper boot rubbed off all of the paint to the metal. Couple of days of sanding. A little primer and this paint and you'd think I had a new truck. Store shelf paint looks like the cap matches but yours was well worth the money.
