To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2006 Buick (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. I am more than pleased with the touch-up paint, as well as the clear coat that I ordered with it. The area that I had to cover was about 2 inches in diameter and most would say that it would need to be spray painted, and by a professional. I have a red 2006 Lucerne Buick and I am very particular about the looks of it; however, I could not justify taking it to a body shop because of the $500.00 deducible that would be required to get my bumper removed and refinished.
