CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Tony Aiardo, owner of a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue from Wauconda, IL

Recently purchased your product via internet. Found you had the factory matches and was so excited that I could fix the "someone hit the fender in the parking lot" scenario and the paint was cracked, flecking and unsightly. With some minor sanding and cleaning the paint and topcoat worked so well and matched the base so perfectly, that one couldn't tell it had been repainted, even in bright sunlight. Furthermore, this automobile had been purchased in Illinois and came from Texas, originally. Although in excellent condition, it was showing some signs of sun damage. There had been a bump in the fender opposite the one I had purchased your product for and used a sub-standard color from the auto body shop. It was supposed to be for my year and model but I was distressed when the paint was actually much brighter. I was stuck with it. Not until I found your company! A fifteen year old car... now looks as good as new! AMAZING! Thanks AUTOMOTIVETOUCHUP, your products are AWESOME! Tony Aiardo Wauconda, IL

Duane W, owner of a 1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency from Wynmore, NE

Real Impressed - I was worried as my 90 Olds has an optional 91 color - in fact I've only seen the color 3 other times in my life, twice on Buicks, and once on a Cad. Though my car has been garaged it's entire life I was still worried about fade etc., however your paint is a perfect match can't tell the difference between it and the original. Thanks so much for a great product!
