CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1990 Oldsmobile (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1990 Oldsmobile (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Ivan M, owner of a 1990 Oldsmobile from Sandy, UT

It worked GREAT!!!!!

Duane W, owner of a 1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency from Wynmore, NE

Real Impressed - I was worried as my 90 Olds has an optional 91 color - in fact I've only seen the color 3 other times in my life, twice on Buicks, and once on a Cad. Though my car has been garaged it's entire life I was still worried about fade etc., however your paint is a perfect match can't tell the difference between it and the original. Thanks so much for a great product!

Rick, owner of a 1970 Oldsmobile from Cary, Il

Just received my paint and could not wait to see how well the match would be. I have a very difficult paint to match, special GM color 1970 Yellow Code 51. Most places I have gone to trying to buy the paint tell me I have the code wrong and the color was never made. So, I gave this a shot, well the color is near perfect! The spray cans provided a very even coat with a easy to control spray pattern. Now the test spray is complete, I will start the process of painting my wheels as soon as the temperature comes up a little. THANKS Automotive Touch Up folks... you saved me a lot of running around trying to get paint mixed that matches my car.
