CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2019 Ford Fairlane, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. Click here for the Ford paint code location chart and paint code image example.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2019 Ford Fairlane is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

The color match was perfect, even the insurance company couldn't tell it had been wrecked, thank you so much for the ease of the web site, and the warnings as well so one can make really sure it is really the color that a person needs, I will definitely order from you again if ever I need some more or a different product I cannot recommend highly enough!! Thank you

When I bought my SVT Lightning, the vermillion red rear step bumper needed replacement. I found a used original bumper but it was silver in color. Instead of $650 (plus cost of painting) for a new bumper, I bought the used bumper for $100. I then bought two 12 oz. cans of vermillion red color and two 12 oz. cans of glossy clear from Automotive Touchup. After wet sanding the old bumper with 600 grit, I primed it and then sprayed several coats of color and several coats of clear. It came out great. You can't really tell that it is not a professional job and the project total cost was only $160.
