CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2004 Daihatsu Charade Limited, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Most Daihatsu paint codes are located on the center or passenger side of the firewall. Click here for a Daihatsu paint code location chart.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2004 Daihatsu Charade Limited is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

RC White, owner of a 2005 Toyota Highlander from Sunderland, MA

The review of passed submissions certainly indicates that I am not the only one amazed and pleased with the perfect match of the ordered touch up color for my Toyota Highlander. My first inclination was to order the spray, as it offers a smoother transition between the old and the new work, but the areas were small enough to gamble on the small bottles. The gamble paid off in this case. The provided applicators were sufficient enough to work the small areas for a smooth transition. Thank you for a great product, a superlative match, and a quick turn around from order to receipt. R.C. White, Sunderland, MA

Edward O, owner of a 2007 Toyota Avalon from San Marcos, CA

I purchased the paint pens, base color and clearcoat. The base color was perfect but the soft applicator on first use came out of the pen and was unusable. Luckily, I had an artist brush and had to use that to apply the paint. My advice? - buy the paint in a bottle and use an artist brush. Forget the paint pens!
