I sanded and cleaned the rubber/plastic with yourcleaned, masked the area, painted with a few coats of grey primer, painted a few coats of 12 oz Aerosol Spray Paint, 2006 Chrysler 300: Satin Jade Pearl PP4, then covered with a few coars of clear coat. didn't sand any of the paint steps, it didn't need it. I think it looks great.
