To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2006 Chevrolet HHR, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. I ordered the 1/2 oz bottle of Touch Up Paint for my white Chevy Silverado truck. When it came, I followed the directions and cleaned the area first. I touched up the two scratches with the applicator and then waited for it to dry. It dried very fast and looks great. The color matches exactly with the original paint.
