CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1995 Chevrolet Blazer, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1995 Chevrolet Blazer is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

James, owner of a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer from Tacoma, WA

I finished up the '95 Chevy Blazer with the 38U paint and clearcoat over Father's Day weekend. I rushed the job and some of the color coat slid a bit when I applied the clearcoat, but it still looks great. The small run just makes it look like the painter didn't scrimp on the clearcoat. I painted the left front and right rear fenders for under $100.00 which was $1400.00 under the body shop estimate. It looks professional and the money saved can be spent on new tires and brakes instead of bodywork.

Barton P, owner of a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban from Ballston Spa, NY

Some time ago I purchased some primer, base and clearcoat for my 1996 Chevy Suburban. I just wanted to let you know that I followed your instructions to the letter and the results were just great. I repaired a perforated body panel with System Three Epoxy, light fiberglass cloth and finished with your products. Thanks again for producing a good product at a fair price.

Paul R, owner of a 1996 Chevrolet Full Pickup from New Castle, DE

I used your produts to repaint some motorcylce parts to match my pick up truck. It worked out great. I am looking forward to using more of your produts in the future. King P
