To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1991 Cadillac Deville, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. A lawn sprinkler fell off a rack in my garage and kissed the Eldorado on its way down, resulting in a dime-sized chip in the paint. I've owned the 1973 Caddy since 1988 and was told by the previous owner that it had been repainted at some time before that in the original color of Harvest Yellow.
