CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2008 Alfa Romeo 156, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code can be found on either back compartment panel located in the trunk, or on the underside of the hood. Click here for Alfa Romeo paint code locations.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2008 Alfa Romeo 156 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Guilford D, owner of a 2012 Chevrolet Corvette from Winston Salem, NC

The vehicle in question is a special color mix on the 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette, thus the potential for any touch up to be even a close match was farfetched. The scratch on a front fender (lost a battle with a falling step ladder) was treated, touched up and clearcoated. I was amazed as it takes me a bit of time to find the spot and to someone who does not know the area was touched up it is practically invisible. Color match started out a bit off, however, as the paint set up it matched perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a quality product to maintain the finish of their vehicle from the everyday small divits in the paint.

Mary Z, owner of a 1997 Toyota Camry from Houston, TX

Thank you for the product, good product quality, and it arrived right on time. My car really looks good, and the paint was the exact match. Good job!
